Highly, highly recommend Santiago and his crew! They just re-did our back patio and we are so incredibly happy! (Tore out the old patio and poured a new concrete patio from end to end of the house.) The whole process was so smooth and the crew worked so quickly – they were even able to get us in a few days earlier than expected! Santiago communicated with us every step of the way and told us exactly what to expect, they were always on time and very professional. The crew was very detailed and took extra care to get everything just right – even filling in little pieces of sod around the concrete and making sure all the sides of the concrete were perfectly smooth and everything was back in place at the end. Santiago and crew were amazing to work with! From initial phone call to job completion Santiago was responsive, honest, and professional. I contacted Santiago on a Tuesday, he provided a quote that evening and by the next week Friday the job was complete. My wife and I are so pleased with his work. He ended up extending our patio and making a walkway path that was stamped. His crew was very respectful of the new sod that was laid and cleaned up all left over debris from the work. I got SG Concrete’s number from Cody at Snake River spas. So, I figured they gotta be good. Otherwise Snake River would not recommend them. They were right they did a really good job; knew exactly how and where to place the concrete pad for my new hot tub, no issues, they even moved my sprinklers for me. Highly recommended.

We asked them to do a large job and they gave us a fair quote and did an awesome job! They are very fast and they did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards as well, which I really appreciated. Quick responses from Santiago and all crew members were very nice!

Santiago and his team came to our house and whipped out a high quality patio in no time at all. I was expecting the job to take several days (I forgot to ask initially), but they arrived on time at 8am and were totally finished with our 640sqft patio by 4:15pm. They took the extra time to cover my house’s siding in plastic, they moved a sprinkler over, and cleaned up afterwards. And on top of that, I was blown away at the quality of their work. I highly recommend hiring SG Concrete and will definitely be contacting them for any future work I have.

We had Santiago and his crew come out to extend our backyard patio slab and prep it for a covered patio. He and his crew did a fantastic job. My wife and I wanted the extension to tie into and match our existing pad (which was stamped). To sum it up, I can not tell any difference between the new concrete and existing one after it cured. Santiago and his crew have done two projects for me with outstanding results. When I reached out to him the first time for a detached garage foundation, I left him a message and he called me back …a rarity these days! Showed up for the quote on time, and delivered exactly what we wanted on the days he scheduled us for the work.
We enlisted them again for a new patio and they delivered above and beyond expectations. They removed our old, improperly sloped patio with a new one that sheds water like it should. Will definitely use them again for any future concrete work.

Santiago and his team were great and quick to do the job. Completed roughly 700 sq ft for patio extension and a walkway. Formed one day and poured the next. Would hire again.

They installed a concrete concrete pad for back in February. When they did they moved some sprinkler lines. When I water came on this spring I thought that we had a leak where they moved the lines. However it was in a completely different part of my yard. They still took the time to fix it for us even though it wasn’t their fault! A++++++ customer service! And our pad looks great! I would highly recommend.

They did a great job. On time. Very good looken work. He did the project when the irrigation water was off. Unfortunately when the irrigation come on we found out a line broke under the middle of the pad. I email him. He got back to me right away and come out the same day to look at it. And then next day came back and repaired it. Just great service.

So glad we found Santiago’s crew for our driveway widening and RV parking project in Nampa. His bid was less than the other two estimates we received, and he even gave me an alternate bid with less concrete area to make sure he could provide me a product within my budget. Luckily he priced his bid such that I could get all the concrete I wanted! His team was courteous of mine and my neighbors property and cleaned up after themselves. Santiago communicated weather delays (rain and snow and freezing temps in November), yet still finished the project over the course of 2 weeks, including a week of cold weather curing with blankets. As my pour was the day before Thanksgiving, Santiago came back in the morning on Thanksgiving to make sure my joints were cut during the proper curing window, which was above and beyond my expectations. Add this to the fact that Santiago answers the phone every time I call, and I’d say you’d be hard pressed to find better customer service with another concrete contractor. 5/5, highly recommend SG concrete! They will be back at my house in the spring for another slab!

SG Concrete did a first rate job on expanding our existing patio and creating a walkway from our driveway, around the side of our house and meeting up to the now larger patio out back. They were super flexible with changes along the way and with running lines/drain tubing under the concrete. They worked compatibly well with our patio cover contractor – especially with the footing placements. They were professional, attentive and easily accessible. We called Santiago back in March to pour us a concrete pad for a storage shed, he came out quickly for an estimate. Then after several months of working with the city and getting the permit they were finally able to came out in June to dig and pour. They were here early and got the job done and again when the issue with the city came up his reply was “It’s better to do the job right the first time.” He was more interested in quality and that impressed me. We found Santiago after grabbing bids from a couple of contractors & his team did a great job pouring the concrete and laying out the initial work before we got our patio cover. Santiago did a good job engaging with our patio company to ensure the post locations were identified & the proper design was made. He also ensured the concrete didn’t block the foundation vents.

We wanted to expand our patio, so I Googled concrete contractors in my area and SG Concrete popped up. I called, and the phone was immediately answered. Santiago was very friendly and came out the same day to do an estimate. I’m not sure if that’s always possible for him, but I’m sure he will be very responsive to your needs. The estimate was slightly less than other companies in the area, and we booked the appointment for two weeks later.
Santiago verified with me that it would be okay to start a day early, and he and his crew showed up for prep. They dug out around the existing patio, drilled holes for the rebar to attach the new section to the foundation and existing patio, put down the roll mix, and set up their forms.
The next day, they came back and got everything done. Santiago gave me instructions on how it would cure and how we should proceed with timing. They were very clean and thorough throughout the process. They set up a plywood walkway all the way from my driveway to the patio so as to keep my yard clean. Once they were done, there was very little debris left over, and they cleaned up after themselves well.
I’m very pleased with the work they did and timeliness with which they worked. We love our newly expanded patio. I would recommend SG Concrete to anyone looking for concrete work in the Treasure Valley.
